Smoked Mackerel Pate
Highly addictive, easy to make and a real crowd pleaser. We've experimented with a few recipes and this one is our favorite for flavour, texture and easy-ness.
Ingredients: 2 x smoked makerel fillets, 150g philadelphia, 100g creme fraiche, 1tsp horseradish, a squeeze of lemon, a handful of chives
1) Peel the skin off and flake 2 fillets in a bowl.
2) Add the rest of the ingredients.
3) Mix to your preferred texture
