Tuna and Avocado Rice Bowl
What could be better for a working from home lunch. Light, healthy, easy and absolutely delicious.
Ingredients: 2 parts soy sauce, 1 part lime juice, 1 part sesame oil. Tuna saku block- diced, a ripe avocado, spring onion, sushi or sticky rice (or any left over rice for that matter). sesame seeds
1) cook the rice well in advance so it has time to cool to room temp (if you aren’t using leftovers)
2) mix the soy, oil, spring onion and diced tuna, and then dice the avocado
3) Assembe each part in a bowl and tuck in!
