
Smoked Mackerel Scrambled Eggs
The NHS recommend we eat 2 potions of fish a week, one of which is oily. All fish are packed with important micronutrients but oily fish like salmon, mackerel and tuna have are particularly high in Omega-3 fatty acids.
Mackerel for breakfast is a great way of getting your weekly fish intake off to a good start, and this recipe is a must try.

Ingredients: 2 eggs, some brown bread, smoked mackerel and parsley to garnish
steps-
1) Put a slice of bread in the toaster
2) make some scrambled eggs as you normally would. I start will some butter melting in a saucepan and then beat 2 eggs with a splash of milk.
