In a separate sauce pan being some water to the boil to cook your broc for 3 minutes.
Keep the temperature medium and leave the fish alone for 5 mins or so. After this time you should see the area around the skin has turned to a caramel colour and the flesh as turned opaque nearly all the way to the non pan side.
Flip the fish over for another minute or 2 and then leave it to rest.
In the pan you cooked the fish in add some olive oil, finely sliced garlic (1/2 clove per person) chilli, and fennel seeds (1tsp per person). Fry gently without colouring the garlic.
add your broccoli to the pan and mix though so it is covered in the chilli/garlic/fennel seed oil. finish with a squeeze of lemon .
