Salsa verde:

This is a must have recipe. It's easy enough to commit to memory and will transform any piece of plain fish into something special. An Italian concoction of herbs, capers, olive oil and lemon juice. The recipe below is a great one - but other herbs and ingredients are often used. Save time by using a blender.


Ingredients: Parsley, capers, olive oil, lemon juice/zest, Dijon mustard, salt & pepper

Method: Chop it (or blend it). Enjoy it transforming any fish dish!
